feeding the geese

We spent some time with one of my friends from high school, Jennifer, and her son Liam at Alton Baker Park in Eugene feeding the geese (more like being chased and attacked by them) and letting the kids run around. It was an extremely hot day, so we didn't stay out too long, but long enough to have some fun and tire the kiddos out.

Avery and Liam gave loveys when it was time to say goodbye. Avery was content with a hug, but Liam tried to go in for a kiss. Avery was taken a little off guard and I don't think she was at all pleased. Regardless, it made for some good laughs for us! smile.
