Finley is sooooooo very close to walking. She is starting to take a few steps on her own, but then quickly drops into a crawl if she is actually trying to get somewhere. If she has anything to hold onto (even something awkward and unstable like an empty doll stroller) she just cruises along. At this point I think her biggest hang up is confidence. Avery is having a great time cheering her on (as you can see from the video)... but she also wants her moment as well (she pretends that she is learning to walk too and will tip toe across the room then fall into our arms, or demand a turn to be captured on video "practicing" her walking skills and then RUN to come see the footage).

That is way too cute about Avery! Looks like it won't be long before Finley is walking! YAY, and scary all at the same time. Fun footage to catch and keep forever! Thanks for sharing!
oooh, katie just started about a month ago, (all my kids are late walkers) but once she did it's soooo cute to see her wobble everywhere, and then they just wont stop!!! avery is such a cute cheerleader! my boys would whoop and holler when katie would first start taking steps and it would freak her out that everyone was yelling so she would fall down and start crying! good times.
That is soooo cool. I can't believe how much she changes every single day. I miss them so much. Love you miss. You are such a wonderful mother!

hey if i do get brooke and kate to come yonder, you should come too! but it wont ever happen so when i go to slo lets make sure to get together!
